Do I need any prior medical experience to take a CPR class?
How long does the CPR certification course take?
Course length varies by course and format. BLS Provider training typically takes about 4 hours, including breaks, skills practice, and skills testing.
Heartsaver course times vary depending on the course format and requirements.
Are your CPR courses affiliated with American Heart Association?
Guardian Aid Training offers American Heart Association courses through authorized AHA training relationships.
Students who successfully complete applicable AHA courses receive an official AHA course certification eCard.
Will I receive a certification card after completing the class?
Students who successfully complete an applicable AHA course receive their electronic course completion card according to AHA requirements.
Do you offer on-site CPR training for workplaces or groups?
Yes! Guardian Aid Training can bring hands-on training directly to your workplace, school, office, or organization throughout Tampa Bay.

What should I bring to my CPR class?
A notebook and pen are optional if you would like to take notes. Laptop and tablet are also allowable.
